MASTERS PROGRAM REGISTRATION (S2) FIRST SEMESTER PERIOD 2025/2026
Before paying the registration fee, make sure you meet the requirements because there is no refund of the Registration Fee.
1. Pay the Registration fee of Rp. 750,000, –
2. Payment of the registration fee through the designated bank starting from March 2nd, to April 17th, 2026 at 16.00 WITA
3. Online form filling from March 2nd, 2026 to April 17th, 2026 at 23.59 WITA on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
4. File Verification from March 9th, 2026 to April 18th, 2026
5. Printing of Examination Cards from April 18th to 19th, 2026
6. Network Connection Socialization April 21st, 2026 (1 hour before test)
7. Implementation of Online Exams from April 21st and 23rd, 2026
8. Exam Materials:
– Academic Potential Test (TPA)
– English Proficiency Test (EPT)
– Field of Study
– Interview
9. Announcement of Exam Results on April 29th, 2026 online through each participant’s account.
10. Re-registration / Payment of Semester I Tuition Fees starting from April 30th to Mei 20th, 2026.
Requirements:
– Prospective master’s program students must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from their original study program or accredited university of origin
– Certificate of Graduation (SKL) is permitted on the condition that a Copy of the Original Diploma must be submitted to the PMB Committee before the re-registration deadline.
– Never been declared a Drop Out (DO) at Hasanuddin University at the same educational level.
Registration Procedure:

3. Select Admission Pathway –> Select Mandiri S2 / Mandiri S2 Regular Research Pathway / Mandiri S2 TRG Pathway
4. Enter Mobile Number (HP) / WhatsApp (WA)
5. Enter Name as per Diploma (without degree)
6. Click Register/Print Registration Invoice
7. Click Payment Methods (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
8. Pay the registration fee of Rp. 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through the designated bank starting from January 29th to February 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM WITA
9. The mobile phone number serves as the ID, and the access code/PIN code serves as the password printed on the bank payment receipt.

15. On the Login Form: USERNAME, enter your ID number (mobile phone/WhatsApp number used when paying) and PASSWORD, enter the Access Code/PIN code listed on the payment receipt.
16. Participants who have paid and cannot log in with the bank access code can contact the Helpdesk and send proof of payment to WhatsApp number: 082194165656, 085343991587.

19. Fill in your Biodata Carefully
20. Upload the following files:
– Recent color photo (red background, clothing without attributes/logos)
– KTP
– Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
– Bachelor’s Degree Transcript
– Accreditation of the Study Program/University of Origin (Bachelor’s Degree level) can be screenshotted from the BAN PT website.
– A draft of the thesis research plan (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 spacing), consisting of an introduction, problem statement, research method, and expected results;
– A statement letter stating that you are not registered as a student in any study program and that you have not dropped out at Hasanuddin University. Download the Statement Letter format.
– Proof of registration payment.
21. Exam cards will be printed after the documents have been verified by the New Student Admissions Committee and are deemed to meet the requirements, between April 18 and 19, 2026.
22. Print a color version of the exam card on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results/Print Card menu.
23. The printed color version of the exam card will be shown to the exam supervisor before the exam begins (participant attendance).
24. Carefully read the information on the exam card regarding the day, date, time, and material of the exam.
25. Participants who have paid the registration fee but do not register online according to the schedule will be disqualified, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
EXAM IMPLEMENTATION
The exam will be held online with the following provisions:
1. Participants print the examination card according to the examination card printing schedule
2. Participants prepare a Computer/Laptop
3. Participant’s HP Link with Zoom.
4. The Participant’s Cellphone Camera Position is directed at the Computer Monitor and the Participant
5. Ensure Good Internet Access in each place
6. Login with their respective accounts on the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id/
7. Participants are ready 1 hour before the Exam starts
8. The time used is Central Indonesian Time (WITA)
9. Monitoring/Attendance of Exam Participants via Zoom (must activate Audio and Cellphone Camera during the exam)
10. Zoom ID and Password will be given before the exam starts
11. Network connection simulation will be carried out one day before the exam and must be followed by all participants.
12. The Exam Supervisor will contact participants to join the WA Group Exam Room before the implementation of the network connection socialization, contact the helpdesk if participants have not been included in the WA Exam Room group.
